World Book Day in Room 4 with P3/4 (Article 31)
Here are some photos of Primary 3 and 4 reading in some very unusual places. As well as a sample of book reviews completed.
💫 Reading is good for developing our language skills, helps our spelling and uses our imagination. When we read lots of different types of books, our imagination can take us anywhere we want. It’s very important to get into the way of reading every day so it becomes a habit and of course being read to also is lovely. Reading for enjoyment is the main purpose of reading a fiction book. Choose a book that you enjoy reading and an author that captures your interest with their writing.
💫 Mrs O’Hare had some fun reading too. I hope to get across the message that you can READ ANYWHERE.
