World book day art lesson

Today a number of classes took part in an online art lesson by an art teacher Sinead Campbell. The focus book today was The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🐛. This was ideal for room 2 as their topic this term is based around The Hungry Caterpillar story. 

The children followed instructions to complete their art piece using pencils, oil pastels or crayons and then finally water based paint. 

This was a very enjoyable lesson and great to be guided by a specialist in her subject.
