Visitor from India

On 13th December we were delighted to welcome Monseigneur Solomon who was visiting Ireland. 

Our past principal, Mr Gregory Hanna brought Monseigneur Solomon to the school to meet all the pupils. 

He told them many interesting facts about life in India.

In the school which he runs in India there are 1800 pupils.  Our P.7 pupils were shocked to hear that the pupils are in classes of 60 pupils with one teacher and no classroom assistant! The teacher has a stick which is used regularly!
