The Tiny Seed

Primary 2 have been very busy with their WAU topic on Growth.

Having read the story of The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle, the children painted their own flower picture featured on the front cover of the book. The children used potatoes to recreate the picture by dipping potatoes into the paint to make the petals, stem etc. 

The children have also been looking after their own sunflower seeds. They have been watching them grow and have been taking care of them by watering them.
