Sorting and Data Handling in Room 2

Primary 1 were learning to recognise and name coins within 10p. They were looking at how there are two different colours of the coins and they are all different sizes. 

To consolidate the children had to sort a pile of 1p, 2p, 5p and 10p coins into sets of coins the same. 

This lead into Data Handling. This week P1&2 looked at arrow diagrams and Carroll Diagrams. The children had to sort a variety of resources onto the correct side of the Carroll Diagram. They were using their animals from the vets corner and other small world resources.
