P7 were given the task of drawing a scale of the grounds of Clonduff GAC
In groups they planned the project. This included
- safety precautions 
- method they were going to use
- equipment needed 
- the role of each group member

Today we measured the areas of the grounds using trundle wheels. On our return to school we calculated the perimeter of each area and rounded to the nearest 10. 

Pupils worked in their group to produce a scale drawing of the grounds.
