Primary 7 CPD Cross-Phase Project (KS2 - KS3).

Primary 7 had the joy of having Mrs McConville teaching Maths in their class over the past 2 weeks as part of the Cross Phase project between St Mark's Warrenpoint and St Patrick's P.S. Mrs McConville choose to teach the children about proving a hypothesis right or wrong from collecting data and putting it in charts and graphs to see the results. Mrs McConville took a random set of results from a year group in St Mark's and asked the question were girls smarter than boys? This proved a very interesting topic and caused great debate. Mrs McConville is to return with Mr Rodgers at the end of February to conclude the lesson and report the classes findings in a green screen news report. Watch this space to see the findings.
