Primary 6 are journalists!

Primary Six enjoyed reading the famous non-fiction text, 'Zlata's Diary'. Zlata documented her thoughts, feelings and events during the Bosnian Civil War, inspired by Anne Frank's diary of World War Two. P6 enjoyed listening to a podcast interview online of Zlata, giving them an even greater insight into her life during and after the war. During their listening, children wrote their own interview questions which they would love to ask Zlata. We are learning how to ask open ended questions, just like a journalist.
