Primary 1 and 2 had a few visitors today!
Room 2 are learning about ‘The Farm’ this term. Katie-Ann asked could she bring one of her pet lambs into school for the children to see. Today Katie-Ann’s daddy arrived to school with 2 of their pet lambs.
The children learned how to carry a lamb and why it has to be carried that way. Why they have tags in their ears. Why they have a mark on their back and a number on their side. If it is a male or female?
The children became more confident and started asking questions as they got to pet the lamb and try to hold it.
A special thank you to the Carvill family for providing this lovely opportunity for the children.
