P3/4 School Trip to The Aquarium in Portaferry

Primary 3&4 had a great day on their school trip to The Aquarium in Portaferry. We enjoyed the lovely trip over on ferry. We had a guided tour around the aquarium and got to see lots of different types of sea life and found out about them. We even came up close to a shark and saw it swim past us. It wasn’t the great white though. We got to touch some star fish and clams at the touch tank and found out lots of interesting facts. We saw turtles, a crocodile, iguana and seals also. The sun shone on us and we had a beautiful picnic outside and played in the play park. We had lots of fun.
