P3/4 Online Art Lesson

P3/4 took part in a fantastic online art lesson, using the book, 'The Hungry Caterpillar'. They were one of many schools that participated in the lesson via zoom. The lesson was a step-by-step guide to draw a caterpillar, then using pastels to help with shading and definition, followed by watercolours. As you can see the boys and girls had lots of fun and learned lots of good art skills. The final pictures turned out lovely.  Well done boys and girls. 

The art didn't stop there as this gave the boys and girls a taster for art. They went on to make Mother's Day cards and books. The idea is that this will encourage Mum to relax and read more or for them to read with their children.
