Welcome back! P.1 - P.3 pupils return to school on Monday 8th March
We are delighted to welcome our P.1 - P.3 pupils back to school on Monday 8th March. Parents and children have worked really hard at home and that should make the return to school smooth and easy. Children are all looking forward to seeing their friends again. They will be returning to the same teacher and classroom assistant, to the same classroom and to the same group of friends and it will be a very happy reunion!
Please wear school tracksuits. Please bring a break-time snack and a packed lunch in a disposable paper bag or in a lunch box which can be cleaned daily. School dinners will be available daily for any children who wish to take dinner. The school will open at 8:40 am each morning. The school day begins at 9 am. The school day finishes at 1:50 pm on Monday - Thursday and at 1.30 pm on Friday. All parents park in the church car park and children use the buzzer gate entrance at the parochial house. Please remember to wear face coverings at home time and ensure social distancing at all times.
P.1 to P.3 pupils will attend school on Monday 8th to Friday 12th and on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th March.
Our Saint Patrick’s day break takes place on 17th, 18th and 19th March.
Current guidance from the NI executive says that pupils in P.1 - P.3 resume Remote Learning on Monday 22nd March. They then return to school after the Easter break, on Monday 12th April.
There is currently no date from the N.I. Executive for children in P.4. - P.7 to return to school but we look forward to seeing them again as soon as possible.
