Our Science Week Investigations

During science week, P1&2 worked hard investigating all sorts of materials from our classroom to see if they float or sink. The boys and girls had lots of fun choosing the materials to test and getting their hands wet in the investigation! We also worked on measuring distance and P1&2 used their own toy cars to investigate how far their cars would travel after being pushed off a ramp. The children loved this investigation as they chose what materials they could use to measure the distance the car travelled and what they could use to make their own ramp. Science week was a very busy and successful week in P1&2.
