Mental Health Awareness Workshop

As part of the Extended Schools Cluster Funding St Colman's P.S.,  Annaclone, St Paul's P.S., Cabra and St Patrick's P.S., Hilltown organised a Mental Health Awareness Workshop with Action Mental Health.

Heather presented a very interesting workshop to the Parents and members of the community to help inform people how Mental Health can affect people and how we can look out for signs when someone is struggling. We learnt how to support those who are in need. Thank you to all the Parents and members of the community who attended and to Cabra Community Hall for hosting the event.  Thanks also for the lovely cup of tea at the start!
