Junior Entrepreneur Awards Day at RDS in Dublin

On Monday 18th June our P.7 pupils travelled to Dublin to receive their award for their Junior Entrepreneur Programme entry. 480 schools throughout Ireland took part this year and 140 were short-listed to attend the Awards Day and  display their product in the Simonscourt Arena. Approximately 5,000 children attended the Awards Ceremony. Each pupil received a certificate and medal. They saw lots of other great products on sale and got many ideas about how to create and sustain a successful business. In the afternoon they were entertained by David Meade, mentalist.
