Irish Dancing and Ceili dancing

Healthy Kidz coach Lauren Smith chose to share her dancing expertise with the children in her after school class this term. Lauren is an Irish dancer and has danced in All Ireland's and World An Coimisiun competitions. 

Lauren and her sister has started a dance school in South Armagh.

Have a look at some of the things the children were doing in class today 🎼. Most of these children have never been to an Irish dancing class!
