Home Learning in Primary 2
This week in Primary 2 the children had a chance to review their school year. They talked about what they learned, what they found difficult and most importantly what they look forward to. The children are all looking forward to returning to school to see their friends.
In literacy, the children read the story about Sayeeda, the Pirate Princess. Lots of written tasks were completed along with some fun activities. Pirate hats were made and treasure maps created. Can you find the treasure?
Fruit faces were made linked to the story of The Strawberry from the Grow in Love Programme.
This Sunday we celebrate Father's Day. The children had to draw a picture of their dad, grandad or someone very special to them and write some words to describe that person.
Great work again from everyone this week. Thanks again for all the home learning support.
Have a lovely weekend everyone. 😊
