Healthy Me in Primary 7

As part of “Mental Health Week”, we took part in a “Healthy Me” workshop! We really enjoyed this workshop and discussed lots of ways to help keep our minds and our bodies healthy! Remember it is ok not to be ok! We all have days we feel down, but remember it is always good to talk to someone!
