Data Handling
This week in Primary 2 we have been learning about different ways information can be represented and how information can be extracted from different types of graphs.
First we looked at relationships using arrows to find out who liked to play with the different toys. We used the characters from the Rural Respecting Programme.
In their groups the children also created their own pictographs using different types of flowers. They placed the numbers along the side and were asked questions such as, what was the most popular and least popular flower. The children were also asked to find the difference between 2 different types of flowers and were also challenged with how many more?
