County Final

Our school team put on a fantastic second half perfromance last Saturday in the County Final against Carrick but in the end it just wasn't enough. Trailing by 8 points at the break the boys came storming out of the blocks for the second half and with time almost up had pulled back to be within 1 point of Carrick. However the final whistle came just a minute or two too soon and the boys fell just short on a scoreline of 2-07 to 1-08. Everyone in our school is extremely proud of the boys and their performance against a team who were huge favourites before the game but who were relieved at the final whistle.
