Christmas Preparation with Primary 3&4
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Room 4. It’s a very exciting time here in Saint Patrick’s Primary School as we prepare for the birth of Jesus Christ. The children learned about the very first Christmas night when baby Jesus was born. This is a very important message to remember during the festive season. The children are also very excited about Santa Claus 🎅 and enjoyed all the art and craft activities they made. Primary three and four also recorded a song as part of our whole school Christmas nativity. They enjoyed watching themselves perform on the big screen. This class are used singing and performing for others to see. Then Santa Claus himself had sent a live,y personal message for the children of St Patrick’s. He left a bag of selection boxes into each class. Luckily the boys and girls are so observant as there were many sightings of Santa and reindeer in the sky. The stories got better and better and what each one had seen. The was plenty of magic around and this continued. Mrs O’Hare was not very happy when we came in from break to find an Elf on the shelf up on the overhead projector. It had messed with the settings and the screen was off centre. Luckily Liam was about to fix it.
Mrs O’Hare and Mrs Hynes would like to wish all of our boys and girls and their family a very Happy Christmas and peaceful New Year. See you all again in 2022.
