To start the new term the children got the opportunity to begin this term with a happy healthy mind. Fundraising from our Friends of St Patrick's PA helped us hire Fitness Freddy for the day. Freddie took a 45 minute session with each group demonstrating how you can keep fit through fun, music, dance and enjoyment. Each session was different and catered to the age group. If only we could all command the children's attention as well as Freddie does!
Everyone had great fun with lots of dancing and laughing! Freddy taught the children how important exercise, keeping fit and having fun is to keep a healthy mind! Have a look at those videos!
