All-Ireland Champions Visit

The All-Ireland Scór ballad group champions visited our school on Tuesday to treat the pupils and staff to a performance of the songs that won the title for them. They told the children that they started their journey to the title on our own school stage in the South Down semi-final many months ago.

Two members of the ballad group are also members of our Board of Governors and that made us especially proud.

The singing was absolutely beautiful and the children listened so attentively that you could have heard a pin drop.
