Translink Travel Challenge Event - our school wins 1st prize!

Members of our Eco Council were delighted to attend the Eco-Schools and Translink Travel Challenge 10 Years Celebration Event which was held on Wednesday 5th June in the City Hall in Belfast.

We heard from the Lord Mayor and the Chief Executive of Translink. We then spoke to the other schools that were there about how we participated in the Travel Challenge. We were delighted to receive our prize of a trip to Dublin and a tour of Croke Park/Aviva Stadium which was just reward for all our hard work!!!   Our day finished off with some lovely lunch and receiving a bag of goodies!!

Our school was represented by Coen, Leah M, Cerys, Leah D and Eco Schools coordinator Mrs Kearney.
