Tlusty Czwartek Celebration

Today we celebrated` Tlusty Czwartek.`Translated to `Fat Thursday.` In Poland people celebrate the last Thursday before Lent by purchasing their favourite pastries from local bakeries. Traditionally it is a day dedicated to eating before the fasting of Lent. Amelia and her mum made faworki (fairy wings) and we all sampled some. They were delicious! Thank you Amelia and her mum.
