P5 Weaving Workshops courtesy of Mourne Mountains Landscape Partnership

Our primary 5 pupils were treated to two weaving workshops.

Naoimh Larkin, from Belfast, who was paid by the Mourne Mountains Landscape Partnership Programme visited us on 25th November and 2nd December.

She brought her loom and each pupil had an opportunity to try the skill of weaving.

Pupils also worked on individual pieces of tapestry which will be made into one large picture for display in our school.

Pupils said they loved the workshop and were delighted with the visit.
