World mental health day (Article 3, Article 24, Article 31)

The theme for 2023, set by the World Foundation of Mental Health, is “Mental health is a universal human right.”

We remember to always be kind- sad feelings can always be hidden behind a smile. To help us smile, we all brought our teddies to school today. We completed many activities that boost your mental health like our Daily Mile, spending time with our friends, discussing our emotions, playing games and an activity mat. Mrs Austin’s P5 were each given a small rubber to remember that we can fix our mistakes. They were really cute and definitely brought a smile to all our faces!
